I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over ten years of clinical experience across the NHS and mental health charities. I provide individual therapy for adults in London who wish to explore and work through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
About me
I work with adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including mood difficulties, anxiety related issues, the impact of trauma or painful life events, and relationship or interpersonal struggles. I also have particular experience supporting people facing complex circumstances, as well as those dealing with immigration-related stress, identity questions, or cross-cultural struggles.
Over the years, I've come to value how each person's story is shaped by many layers. I draw on a broad understanding of the diverse needs people carry and the wider systems that influence their lives. In our work together, I offer a steady and thoughtful space where you can slow down, notice what's unfolding beneath the surface, and explore difficult or confusing feelings at your own pace. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where new insights emerge, and where a more grounded, compassionate sense of self can take shape.
My approach
My work is rooted in offering a safe, respectful, and reflective environment where your inner world can be explored with care. I pay close attention to your unique history, as well as the emotional patterns that may be shaping your experience in ways that aren't always immediately obvious.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I draw on an understanding of how early experiences and relationships shape our inner world. I pay close attention to unconscious processes; the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may lie outside of our immediate awareness but influence how we experience ourselves and relate to others. Gaining insight into these deeper dynamics can open up new possibilities for understanding yourself and responding to present day challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Therapy is most effective when it takes place regularly and consistently at the same time and in the same setting each week. I therefore encourage a weekly commitment to support a steady therapeutic process. We would typically begin with one or two consultation sessions to understand your current situation, explore the possibility of working together, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Fees
Standard fee per session: £100
Fees may vary depending on individual circumstances. The fee for ongoing sessions will be agreed upon after the initial consultation, once we decide to proceed with therapy.
Once a regular session time is agreed, that time is reserved for you each week. Cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full.
